Overview

We are the ORIGINAL haunted pub crawl tour of Savannah's famed Historic District, operating nightly since 1996. Our home base is the famous Six Pence Pub, a notoriously haunted English-themed bar right in the middle of downtown Savannah. Our professional storyteller-guides have decades of combined experience sharing compelling tales of eerie happenings and ghost lore in Savannah. Our walk covers about 1.5 miles of Savannah's gloriously beautiful (and terribly haunted!) sidewalks and squares. As it is legal to drink on the street in Savannah, we breeze through a handful of sometimes-quirky, sometimes-historic bars for walking beverages. Note: drinks ARE NOT included in admission. Only guests 21+ may participate, making this an ADULTS-ONLY ghost tour!

Savannah's mask mandate has expired as of May 2021. The unvaccinated are encouraged to take precautions to ensure their personal safety. Tours will be kept to around 20 people (10 fewer than the city allows on walking tours.)

Your professional guide will introduce you to 4+ local bars, and many other haunted and spooky Savannah sites amidst our lush city squares and nightlife scene, all while you sip on a to-go drink! You will hear tales of local spirit activity at a variety of these locations while you take in the eerie beauty of Savannah after dark.

A gorgeous, mild night with a full moon and clear skies should have made for a spooky crawl. Unfortunately, our guide spoke as if reading a boring script with his eyes to the sky. Tonight, while our guide knew his material, I never felt his passion for the experience as is required for great storytelling. The pubs we visited were interesting places and the company was great!

Hi 21AvidTraveler, Thank you for taking a tour with us! So glad to hear the night was beautiful and that you enjoyed our stops, but it's no good that your guide seemed bored and unengaged. We are a very small company, only 5 folks strong, and we offer multiple tours each night of the week. I believe I have allowed my guides to get spread a little thin. This feedback certainly indicates some highly regrettable tour guide burnout. We all feel so lucky to get to lead haunted pub tours for a living--going forward, I will encourage my guides to better convey their enthusiasm, and ensure that they are not too overworked to do so! We had a great night with our tour guide Andre. He was informative and animated for sure !! About 15 in our group on a Tuesday night and this made for a great night and no issues getting in and out of bars. We’ve seen the crowds on the weekend and and definitely would go earlier in the week if you can. The locals gave us the Creepy Tour recommendation and did not disappoint.
