Overview

You've just graduated from the Academy when Commander Mahoney, the Chief of Police, calls and says he needs you now.

Murder on the streets of Honolulu.

Your job is to get to the 10 locations marked on the map, piece together the evidence, identify the killer and issue an arrest warrant.

To do so you'll enjoy an entertaining audio production featuring character interviews, recordings and interactions while piecing together clues, solving puzzles, collecting evidence & interpreting security footage.

I bought this experience on my Apple iPhone, the current phone out. And the “Hearo” app that is required to download isn’t available in the App Store. I went to the hearo website and it says that it’s available for both android and Apple devices but that’s false, we spent a good hour on the phone with the operator and regardless of how nice the lady on the phone was, there was no help to rectify this situation. We spend $20 dollars and planned our day around this and we couldn’t even get to do the experience. I didn’t get a refund either.

We have improved our purchase flow to include sending a link to the app within the instructions on how to get started. Unfortunately we were not aware that you still couldn't find the app, we thought after the conversation and not hearing back from you that you had found it.
