My husband and I took this tour in what is considered the off season, in that manatees are typically further out in the bay in warmer weather. Regardless, this was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We were impressed with the kindness and professionalism of every staff member, especially our guide, Heidi, and captain, Mike! We saw several manatees up close and had a wonderful time. We definitely plan on coming back!!

Very glad we selected this tour operator, quite efficient and all the staff from check in/out to captains/mates and even the manatees understand the meaning of positive customer service. Lots of enthusiasm, clear explanations of everything and boy did they find the manatees. We recommend, as was recommended to us, doing the early morning tours as the water hasn't overly warmed up and the manatees should be there.

We booked the 7:15am 3 hour tour. from the minute we got there, the people were great, enthusiastic and positive. The required video was made interesting by the woman who led it. Her knkowledge of the area and the manatees was really impressive. We then got to our boat with Captain Wade and Michelle. From the minute the boat left the dock, they were great! They know the river like they have lived on it fvor years, because they have! Michelle found the newborn manatee and the mother within 10 minutes. Although we could not get close, they let us see the baby for a few minutes. After that, we went further out they found 2 adult manatees in crystal clear water. We were in the water and "swimming" with them in 5 minutes. We spent the next 25-30 minutes observing these 2 amazing creatures so up close, it was spectacular. Captain Wade and Michelle were just as excited knowing how thrilled we were. You can just tell they love what they do and that makes the time on the boat much more fun! I will say everything about this place was as great as the reviews I had read. It was an overall spectacular experience and I will certainly be going back as this has become our favorite part of Florida!!
