We recently took this tour the 1st week in June. We have taken excursions/tours when visiting other places before, but we were beyond impressed with the experience with Arizona Scenic Tours. They were extremely organized, we were contacted very quickly after placing our reservation on viator, then we were provided with reminders up until the day before. I really liked that on the AM of pick up, our tour guide, Eddie, sent a picture of himself and vehicle, so we would know what to look for when he picked us up from the hotel. We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids, so there were consistent bathroom stops, but that was no issue. Eddie was awesome and provided us with facts and information the entire drive and even stopped along the way to show us certain things and took family pictures. Once we arrived at the canyon, he showed us many things, took family pictures and even gave us the option to explore on our own if we wanted. It was an awesome tour, he was great with our kids and engaged with them constantly. I can't say enough and would recommend that anyone considering taking this tour, go ahead and make their reservation. AZ Scenic Tours was great and I know our family will definitely do another one of their tours when in AZ again.

John was our guide and was a delight. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and its historyā€”not just the Grand Canyon, but both Arizona at large and the National Park system as well. His joy for the park was infectious, and the flexibility afforded us with our smaller group made it feel almost like a day out with friends. The trek to and from Phoenix is a bit long, but the stories and vistas are well worth it!

Noel was a great guide! His many facts and attention to detail were spot on. He even took the initiative to look up plants with me and stop when we spotted wildlife! I recommend knowing what you want to see and do, as we went in blind, without a plan. But no worries, Noel devised a plan for us and it was worth every road we went down!!
