The Grand Canyon is an amazing natural wonder. Thankfully my husband and I planned ahead for our visit. We were staying in Scottsdale, AZ and knew the temperature at the GC could be 25 degrees COLDER and it could be windy. It had snowed 2 days prior. We had warm, layered clothing, down jackets, hats, gloves, and boots. Two other people on our tour only had sweatshirts -- they had to buy fleece jackets. Viator connected us with Arizona Scenic Tours and the owner, Steve, and our tour guide, Mike, were terrific. They specialize in small groups, so no headsets were needed. They fully explained the long drive to the GC, the stop at Montezuma's Castle, the short stops to eat on our own and fit in as many GC rim overlook stops as possible. Mike definitely knew the ins and outs of the GC and how to avoid the crowds --- and he was spot on. It was a 13-hour trip but the conversation never waned and Mike filled the ride with a vast amount of stats and enlightening information. We thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Arizona Scenic Tours is the best!.....we did a combination run thru Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, then on to the Grand Canyon. There were two couples and our driver, Noel. He knows everything about everything...where to eat, where to take photos, where to shop, and all the history of the entire area. We would have been like fish out of water had we attempted this by ourselves. We all considered it money well spent. Super shout out to Noel and Steve Gerhart for a memorable day!

Amazing day. Mike has knowledge of the Grand Canyon area to include the trees, plants, birds...you name it...and he was able to get us into less populated areas on the south rim. We enjoyed the entire day. Mike is an excellent and very safe driver and a fun companion. Wow.. this tour is highly recommended! Thank you Mike. From Nancy and Larry, NY
