We really enjoyed our custom private tour with Bill. He was very knowledgeable about Savannah history and had the perfect temperament for the tour. Bill was an excellent driver. We explored and learned about Wormsloe Historic Site, Bonaventure Cemetery, Isle of Hope (which had lovely historic homes), and the Savannah Historic District. We were hoping to learn and see the sights without too much walking, which worked out perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for -- highly recommend the tour and Bill in particular.

I read the reviews before I booked this tour and I have to agree, Danette was absolutely great as a guide. She knows her history and all the little interesting stories behind Savannah's history and buildings. We had a beautiful day to tour the city and walk the parks. We were never in a rush and she had all the scoop on the hidden gems of restaurants as well. The price was very well worth it and do it early in your visit so you can take advantage of the recommendations and go back an explore points of interest.
