What To Expect

White House

At the beginning of your tour, you will begin at the Pennsylvania Avenue walking distance from the White House. It is optional to walk along Black Lives Matter Plaza. You will also be able to walk in front of the White House (as close as security permits) from Lafayette Square and visit the Andrew Jackson Memorial.

Lincoln Memorial

In Honor to Abraham Lincoln, one of the most remembered presidents, as he has abolished slavery. Walk inside Lincoln's memorial and experience breathtaking views of the National Mall, reflecting pool & Capitol building. Tour Guide will walk with you and your guests and explain the history of Washington DC and the Lincoln Memorial. You may ask as many questions as you like.

Korean War Veterans Memorial

Walk along The Korean War Veterans Memorial as it is located walking distance from the Lincoln Memorial. It was dedicated on July 27, 1995.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Walk along The Vietnam War Veterans Memorial as it is located walking distance from the Korean War Memorial.

Jefferson Memorial

The Jefferson Memorial is built in neoclassical style and is located in West Potomac Park on the shore of the Potomac River. It was built by Philadelphia contractor John McShain. Construction began in 1939 and was completed in 1943, though the bronze statue of Jefferson was not completed and added until its dedication and opening, in 1947.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial

Located in downtown DC, the memorial honors Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy for freedom, equality, and justice. A prominent leader in the modern civil rights movement, Dr. King was an advocate for racial equality & the working class.

National Museum of American History

The National Museum of African American History and Culture, is a Smithsonian Institution museum located on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. It was established in 2003 and opened its permanent home in 2016. You can see things related to clothing, sports, music, civil rights, military and much more!

U.S. Capitol

Walk along the Capitol building, where laws are passed. You are able to visit the Library of Congress as well which is walking distance from the Capitol. Tour Guide will walk with you and your guests and explain the history of Washington DC and the US Capitol Building. You may ask as many questions as you like.

My last trip with the Amadeus Royal Limousine happened in April of this year but being a representative of the organizations that administers exchange programs, I’ve had a pleasure of working with this company for many years arranging the city tours and airport transfers for the groups of international visitors hosted by my organization and can tell that the company provides perfect services: drivers have been always polite, arrived on time, and have had perfect knowledge of the city which is really important for the city tours. On many occasions over the period of several years, we’ve used vehicles of different sizes, and all vehicles provided were clean and comfortable. Leadership and administrative support have always been accommodative, and I can highly recommend this company services to everyone.
