We cruised with Norwegian and only had about 4 hours in port. Highly recommend this company for Norwegian cruisers since they pick up and drop off at Ward Cove. Our cruise was very full, so waiting in the shuttle lines would have seriously cut into our already limited time in Ketchikan. Valerie was great and ensured we got the most out of our excursion.

My daughter and I took the UTV excursion today 7/7/24. Was the best time we had all cruise. Our driver Chris took us to our location. He was very informative and explained how the road to the site was a dirt road and was very bumpy. A few people were complaining about the ride and the way he was driving, but you know every party has to have that Karen!!! I guess they never rode on a dirt road before where the slower you go the rougher it is. He handled the van professionally and I never felt in harms way. We even slowed for a few deer that were wanting to play chicken. I give Chris 6 stars, thanks for getting us there on time. And yes the UTV trip was outstanding and the crab was amazing too.
