What To Expect

Coldwater Excursions

Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. Discover the best way to snorkel with an underwater scooter; it does all the work of swimming for you so you can take in the beauty below the surface and snorkel effortlessly. Document your experience with a GoPro, with mounts to tackle every job you won't miss a moment. Relax in luxury and let us do all the heavy lifting, packing, and setting up for you. Cody was the best guide. His personality is friendly, authentic, and outgoing. We enjoyed talking with Cody and learning about the spring and ecosystem around it. During our trip, one of the guest flipped their canoe, and the situation became pretty scary. No fault of the company. Cody remained calmed and took control in helping the guest out of the water. He acted quick and did not hesitate in jumping in the water to aid the guests. Through Cody's quick actions and situation awareness, he completely changed the outcome of what could have easily been something more severe. The experience was amazing, exciting, and definitely fun. Worth every penny.

Cody was our guide and he was nothing short of amazing!! He made the experience enjoyable and fun for all of us - it was our first time there and it did not disappoint!!! Cody took the time to talk with us, share a lot about the springs and even showed me how to paddle-board! He went above and beyond to make this a great experience for our family. He deserves more than 5 stars for an awesome day!!! If you’ve never been we highly recommend - ask for Cody….best guide ever hands down!!!
