What To Expect

Coldwater Excursions

Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. Discover the best way to snorkel with an underwater scooter; it does all the work of swimming for you so you can take in the beauty below the surface and snorkel effortlessly. Document your experience with a GoPro, with mounts to tackle every job you won't miss a moment. Relax in luxury and let us do all the heavy lifting, packing, and setting up for you. This was a really neat thing to do as a family. It is so close to the beaches yet something you would never know is there. The water was beyond cold...68 degrees but the family loved it. The loved the snorkeling down to see the springs. The water was really calm making the paddle boarding and kayaking super easy and enjoyable. It was a great day out as family seeing God's work at its finest. Travis was a great guide with lots of information and patience with our group. They were great at working us in when we called to make a reservation and we are very glad they did. This was a great day away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. We got to really enjoy family time while relaxing to some beautiful scenery. Thanks!

This is our second Cold Springs Tour and we loved it as much as the first time! There were eleven in our group age 12-55 and we all had a wonderful time. I tell everyone they should book this tour. Taylor (the owner) is great to work with and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need.

My husband, kids, and I all enjoyed this experience! It was so nice booking through Coldwater Excursions -- we only had to bring our swimsuits and sunglasses! I expected a little more of an education aspect to the ecotour, but all in all, we had a great time -- even in the rain!
