Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.

I am an ongoing tourist of the niagara two day trip. I am writing to express my grave disappointment regarding the misinformation/unethical conduct of falsely taking our money on the pretext of “ticketed tour/admission fee” for the illumination show. We were told that we have to pay a ticket price of $35 each and we paid $70 in total for two expecting a ticketed tour as informed by the tour guide. However, on reaching the spot, we observed that it was completely free and we were tricked into paying the money for absolutely nothing! We are very angry and upset with the way we were treated and most importantly cheated by your company. Given the fact that its a free country, we have the right to visit wherever we want in the state park and not to be charged for something that is state owned and free for the people. We cannot bear to think how we were made to pay for something that was free! Making to 48$ worth of mandatory tip is even worse.
