First off notes say to meet at park in front of La Quinta Hotel. There was no park there. And that was the address stated. We ( four different groups) waited and then we noticed a girl with a lantern and thought that may be her finishing up a tour. It was her and the tour was already in process. THIS WAS NOT THE MEETING SPOT. ( Picture taken) The spot was in front of a different hotel on the other side of La Quinta. We got "checked" in after the 8pm time. Entering the tour was a horrible experience. Nothing felt welcoming and exciting to do. We did a couple stops and couldn't even hear the guide talking. It was her " second" run of this. This poor young lady had difficulty leading this. I stayed as long as I could just for the respect of her. We couldn't hear any stories she was telling. There could have been at least a microphone and speaker so we could hear something. I took a video just so you could see you can't hear a thing. I paid for something I thought would be fun haunted and a great BIRTHDAY! Instead it was very disappointing from the get go. Even paid for extended and didn't even make it through the tour. Sad to say I was done and disappointed. ONLY OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE STRUGGLING YOUNG LADY did we stay as long as we did. ( Also don't think she should be alone doing this tour) #safetyfirst Video won't post not the PHOTO says file is to large
