The staff was very cool. Very nice and I felt welcome. However, once I was trained and went around the block I was not comfortable and did not continue the ride. I know there was no refund cool but I felt as if I could at least had the option for the bike and the owner said No Remind you the bikes were cheaper. I think they should be more understanding of those who are unable to operate the machine.
