Five species of wild dolphins are also seen throughout the year, including mega-pods with up to 10,000 dolphins! Plus sea lions, marine birds, and even sharks. I booked 4 trips with Captain Chuck (a friend I met in my hometown on The Big Island, Hawaii) on the 50' catamaran in June. Chuck and the crew: Stacie, Buck, Ryan were knowledgeable and attentive. I had a very nice time even though we did not see a mega pod of dolphins. They tried hard! Towards the end of the first morning, they spotted two blue whales. Captain Chuck stayed an extra 10 minutes out so that we got a good look. I decided to turn around and go back out on the 11am boat because Chuck was in touch with another boat who stayed with the whales! He found the two blue whales right away and those stayed close to our boat for a long time, displaying their gorgeous graceful body. I highly recommend this tour.

This was an amazing trip. From booking to the boat,, everything was great!! We had the best time. Capt. Neil, Caitlin and Joshua were friendly and funny. They were knowledgeable, sharing facts with us. This trip was a gift for our son, who LOVES marine animals. The crew made him feel special. We had a large group ranging in age from 72 to 7. Everyone had a GREAT time.

Captain Chuck and crew were five star as well as the entire trip. We saw hundreds of dolphins and has the most enjoyable time. Highly recommend this company for whale and dolphin watching.
