DO NOT BOOK A TICKET!!!!!!! My wife and I booked tickets last minute without looking into this or reading previous reviews. We showed up at 800 East Carson st there were no other people. The storefront advertised on the website picture wasn’t even the same. That’s when I realized that this is a scam. Seeing the reviews and the tour guide not showing up before is a clear indication. We need to do something about getting this taken off of the web before he gets more innocent hard working peoples money.

I would like a full refund because the tour guide did not show up. We were instructed to me at 7:45, and we waited until 8:10 in what appeared to be an unsafe neighborhood. There was a man sleeping with his pants half pulled down. I repeatedly called the phone number to inquire about the missing tour guide, but no answer.

If there was 0 I’d give it that. I bought these tickets for my husband’s trip and the driver never came. They Ubered from the hotel and no one in the area where they were instructed to go ever heard of it. Very disappointed and hoping for a refund. Take into account that people travel, look forward to the excursion, and pay money to get there on top of the fee. What a joke. Makes me leery of booking anything from this site.
