Terrible. I didn't even get to go. I was there at 8 looking for the person with the later. Come to find out she didn't even have the later out and I couldn't find her. I need an immediate refund. I did speak with the lady who said I could meet them 45 minutes after the allotted time, which I tried. She said it would be parking but it wasn't and I just went home. I need a refund, it $35 for that.

I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived in San Francisco for many years, but I learned about 100 new facts I never knew before going on this Ghost Tour. Michael was a great tour guide and really knew his history. Thank you for the fun tour and the extra cardio!

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide had such a great personality for this. He really got into telling the stories and made you feel like you were there. He was very informative and a nice man.
