This was our second Daufuskie Tour with Outside Hilton Head. We brought friends with us because we had such a great time on the first tour. Capt. Doreen is very knowledgeable and fun to be with. We learned from new experiences and met new island folks on this trip. We'll be back for another,

We booked our tour through the Coastal Discovery Museum and were pleased with the price. But then we were more happy with our experience with Captain Doreen. She provided so many interesting and funny stories of the island. She talked about the history, geography and people of not only Daufuskie Island but also the islands and waterways around it. You could tell from the minute you met Doreen that she loved her job and community and wanted to share it with us. Her knowledge of the Gullah people was communicated with great feeling. If I would ever book another tour, I would hope to be guided by her. The Outside accommodations are great; boat was peppy and the information they sent before the trip was clear and easy to follow. Book with them for any of their water activities; you won’t be disappointed.
