Great for the family. We loved hearing the history of the island and understanding the culture. Capt. Pete did a great job!

Captain Andy has a passion for the people and history of Hilton Head and Daufuskie, while providing an informative and comprehensive overview to each of his attendees. We not only had an excellent tour and overview of the island, but he took the time to stop and explain the idiosyncrasies of the currents/tides, sand bars and natural habitatā€¦including time spent observing and discussing 5-6 dolphins alongside our craft. He even took the time to provide an attendee with his jacket to minimize sea spray. Fantastic experience, highly interactive and informativeā€¦and Captain Andy is on a quest to learn as much as he can in hopes of sharing with those he feels privileged enough to guide. Well worth the investment money and timeā€¦and we didnā€™t get back until 5:30.

Had a wonderful trip to Daufuskie - first time ever on the island. Exactly as I pictured from Pat Conroy book. Andy was a great captain and the overall experience was terrific. I would say - in my opinion, this is a couple adventure, not a family. I don't think small children would like the boat and wouldn't appreciate the history, so it wouldn't be worth the expense for them. But for adults - absolutely!
