The customer service from the staff. The captain of our boat was very knowledgeable. It was a cold day and he and the nice young lady at the front offered my husband and I thicker coats. Which were much needed. The ride to the island was breathtaking. We saw bald eagles, dolphins, and a wide variety of other wide life. The island was very interesting and has so much history. We would definitely to it again!!

The description doesn’t tell you that you will be riding in an open air boat, It was extremely chilly and we were not prepared for it. Everyone on the tour was cold, we should have been warned to bring warm clothes, despite outside temp. Also, NO FOOD available. 1200 trip, thought there would be opportunity to get something to eat. This should be stressed. An hour and half ride to island, would have been nice if in description it was encouraged to bring a box lunch or snack.Andy, guide, did a nice job, and was very knowledgeable. I would have liked to go to other areas of the island as well.

Captain Pete made sure we were able to get pictures of the dolphins and knew the history of the island very well. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the Gullah and Geechee history in the Hilton Head area.
