The show was ery cheesy, food was mediocre at best. My girls and wife wanted to leave half way through the show. So we did..

There are different ways of running a show like this. Most similar shows have one older person in charge who is very strict and the dancers get in trouble for having a hand out of place or for smiling but we don’t go that route. Our dancers have freedom to be their own goofy self sometimes. To add in some jokes. And that’s the way we like it. You don’t. But we do. And I think most of the audience does as well. Actually, just last night a person who I know is big in the Polynesian and Tiki communities and is a Polynesian dancer herself pulled me aside after the show and said “can I tell you something”. I was expecting a well-intentioned critique of our performance but instead she just said “I have to tell you, your show is fantastic and is 10 times better than the Mai Kai” which is a similar but much larger show in Florida that just went through a $20 million renovation. They came on the same night as you. To each their own I guess.
