Overall the show and food was great!!.. however I would have liked to seen the entertainment throughout our meal instead of after. The cast was awsome very energetic. The food was plentiful and delicious. Took a long time to get bar drinks which was disappointing. I went with a group of sisters which we all bought our own tickets. Seating wasn't an option. 1 of the staff members tried to reach out. I returned her call but then never heard back. Luckily 1 of the sisters answered when she called. So if you are.going as a group have 1 person buy all tickets

First off the show was amazing. Now as for the food not so much. We were the last table to get to the buffet. They were completely out of everything! There was NO meat left what so ever. All that was on the buffet was salad and plain rice. When we went back to our table we complained to our server. He quickly came back with 5 chicken tenders for our party of 8!!! He told us they have never ran out of food before. I find this hard to believe given the fact that there were still empty tables available for even more guests. My husband spoke to the manager and they did refund our money, however it was extremely disappointing as we left hungry. If you are ok with paying $50/pp for a show then you won’t be disappointed. Just eat before you go.

Aloha,  I'm Jason. I'm one of the partners in the show and I'm the guy who worked to try to make you guys happy that night.   First off let me apologize for running out of food.   It is literally the first time it has happened in our 3 years at the Hawaiian Inn. We usually have lots left over. Our entire team eats after every show and even brings food home.  Yes,  we were sold out that night.    The empty table you saw is a logistical thing we do to make sure the show goes smoother.   Post Covid we sit every group at their own table so we fit the room together like a puzzle.  Groups showing up with extra people or with combined groups can cause major logistical problems.  Having an extra table helps. That said, selling out is no excuse,  we sell out a lot.   We opened a new show on Wednesday this week because all the other days are sold out.   We think the issue came from the show being the day before our food truck supply comes,  combined with spring break and also with the mindset that we havn't run out of food in over 500 shows.  It will not happen again,  Well maybe once every 500 shows it might. I think refunding your entire group was an extreme move,  but appropriate because it was an egregious situation.  I have never before refunded a group and also allowed them to stay to see the entire show for free.   Yes,  we dropped the ball but in this case I feel that we do not deserve the bad review.   We did not ignore the situation, we did what we could to remedy it.  When dealing with your party I was hoping to hit the "reset" button by letting you know that the evening was free because, in your words,  our show is amazing.  And after this if you feel you had a 2 star experience then that's fine.   But maybe you do not understand.  You did not pay $50 and not eat.   In the end you will have paid zero dollars.  Again I am sorry this happened to you. I hope you have a great day and we hope to see you again. Mahalo.
