These eco-friendly, all-electric vehicles let you enjoy the fresh air while admiring great up-close views of DC's major locations and off-the-beaten-path areas. You'll also hop off your cart to explore some areas by foot.

This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee to seat together and at times groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.

This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee this and at times, groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.
This tour runs year-round and will proceed rain or shine unless such weather constitutes a dangerous situation. The final decision on cancelling a tour will occur at least 1 hour prior to departure and all possible guests will be contacted.
Carts accommodate most types of infant seats and we encourage parents to bring their own. We can provide an infant seat, as long as a guest calls us at least 48 hours before the tour and informs us of the age and weight of the infant.
Wheelchairs can be accommodated, but we need to know in advance.
The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control.
All tours follow the latest local health authority advice, including mask usage and social distancing. Urban Adventures has received the World Travel and Tourism Council’s Safe Travels stamp, which recognizes companies that have adopted health and hygiene global standardized protocols.

Arrive 15 minutes early to join our small group tour of the National Mall on board our all-electric 7 person vehicle — a sustainable option that is perfect for covering the huge area and many monuments in DC.

Your tour starts at the Smithsonian complex and proceeds through the major monument areas.

Our RedRoadsters are the personal and comfortable way to tour the National Mall. Equipped with roll-down clear siding they’re the perfect way to sightsee in the rain or wind. Our vehicles are also equipped with warm blankets in the winter for your comfort.

Efficient way to see the major monuments in DC. Note the only true stops: Capitol, Washington, MLK and Lincoln /Vietnam memorials. Our guide Nick was very personable and had interesting history and facts to share along the entire ride. Was quite disappointed when our family of 4 was placed in 2 separate vehicles. The 2 vehicles did ride along together, however at no time did it ever indicate during booking process that a party of 4 reservation would not be in the same vehicle. This should have been disclosed during the booking and confirmation process. For the price you charge, I would expect this sort of thing to be anticipated and disclosed. Suggestion if you do have 2 vehicles traveling together and 1 guide is on headset but the other is not, give all riders the headset so they can hear when that guide is talking. Taller gentleman with curly hair and glasses was not very sympathetic nor personable towards me given the split required of our family. He drove a 3rd vehicle during our 2pm tour on 7/7. Thought he was rude and did not represent the company well.

I have 3 kids and they each loved this tour! They can tell me things about the memorials we went to abd random facts. Bruce made this tour very interesting.

Great tour guide. We loved the stops and to be able to explore a few of the stops. The history background was amazing. It was fun to cruise around on a golf cart.
