These eco-friendly, all-electric vehicles let you enjoy the fresh air while admiring great up-close views of DC's major locations and off-the-beaten-path areas. You'll also hop off your cart to explore some areas by foot.

This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee to seat together and at times groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.

This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee this and at times, groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.
This tour runs year-round and will proceed rain or shine unless such weather constitutes a dangerous situation. The final decision on cancelling a tour will occur at least 1 hour prior to departure and all possible guests will be contacted.
Carts accommodate most types of infant seats and we encourage parents to bring their own. We can provide an infant seat, as long as a guest calls us at least 48 hours before the tour and informs us of the age and weight of the infant.
Wheelchairs can be accommodated, but we need to know in advance.
The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control.
All tours follow the latest local health authority advice, including mask usage and social distancing. Urban Adventures has received the World Travel and Tourism Council’s Safe Travels stamp, which recognizes companies that have adopted health and hygiene global standardized protocols.

Arrive 15 minutes early to join our small group tour of the National Mall on board our all-electric 7 person vehicle — a sustainable option that is perfect for covering the huge area and many monuments in DC.

My husband and I so enjoyed our night tour. It was a crisp, cool November eve filled with beautiful monuments and sites. Steve B. was an excellent tour guide who was filled with great facts and stories. He was very attentive to everyone on the tour and wanted to make sure it was a great experience for everyone on the tour. He took pictures he shared with us so we could spend more time enjoying the experience. I would definitely recommend the night tour. Washington D.C. is really beautiful at night with all the memorials lit up. Great job Steve! Thanks for a great eve!

This was an invaluable start to our 5-day visit, orienting us to DC and its many attractions as well as providing several stops at the most important monuments with ample time to walk around and appreciate them. Visibility is excellent from every seat in the open air cart and it is easy to hear the driver/guide's commentary. Juliana was not only very friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and welcomed questions. We tried one of her restaurant recommendations and found it excellent! I highly recommend this experience for first-timers as well as repeat visitors.

This was an overall great experience! We started the first tour at 10 am and it was quite cold outside, Luckily the cart was covered and Steve B. had blankets for us! This was not your ordinary tour guide either, he kept everything entertaining and educational at the same time. He was very accommodating to us! Please request him if you can!
