No tour guide could be found at the specified meeting point, although we were at the specified meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour

We were on time, 15 minutes before the start of the tour, at the meeting point indicated on the voucher. We couldn't find a guide, even though we looked for one for half an hour! We wouldn't recommend this tour, let alone book it again
