We booked this tour about a month in advance of our tour date. A few hours before the tour was scheduled to start, we received an email indicating that the 10 PM time slot was not available and asked us to move to 8 PM slot. We called the tour company and asked to confirm it was the same tour but at a different time. They repeatedly assured us it was the same tour. We previously had attended their DC Scandals and Secrets ghost tour a few nights earlier at the 8pm time slot and were concerned that this was going to be the tour we already took. We asked multiple times and they assured us it was not that tour. We went to the meeting location and saw it was the same tour we had previously taken and not the DC Ultimate Late Night Ghost Tour. We ended up leaving and called Viator to request a refund. The agent called DC Ghosts and they told her that they only offer one tour, not two. The agent pointed out that they have two different booking pages, with different tour titles. If you look at both pages, they go to different locations and have a different meeting spots. We ended up getting a refund however we want to caution people not to book this tour because as of this posting, it does not seem to exist.
