Overview

The owners are your drivers/guides who are fanatics about the Mojave Desert and this lends extremely well to your tour. We can show you the usual locations and we also add in places that are not listed on the itinerary.

Aliens, top secret government history, pass by current military establishments on your way to the national park that shows you geological activity that spans over half a billion years! Take that Grand Canyon.

Hotel pick up: some hotels do not have bus parking areas so we get as close as we can so you don't have to arrange alternative transportation.

If groups are 6 passengers or less we will use a van instead with custom seating for increased comfort. Our motorcoach has custom seating for increased legroom and more space between passengers than a normal tour bus.

What To Expect

Rhyolite

See Rhyolite Ghost town that was so prominent in its rise in 1904 that instead of wooden construction for the buildings in town they used concrete which has left behind a spooky skeleton of an early 20th century gold rush! Also see art exhibits of the Goldwell Open Air Museum.

Death Valley National Park

Enter through Hells Gate where we stop and view the largest national park in the lower 48 states of the United States.

Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes

Take a few minutes to wander the collection of wind erosion culminating in huge sand dunes in the middle of Death Valley. Also the site of famous science fiction Hollywood cinema filming.

Furnace Creek Visitor Center

The famous Death Valley thermometer awaits outside the visitor center. Inside you can see the following: topographical map of the entire area, history of the region, view examples of wildlife, and much more! Souvenirs, gifts, and restrooms also available here.

Badwater

Beautiful scenic drive through the valley to Badwater Basin to walk on the lowest elevation in North America. The air is more dense and the water on site is not drinkable, hence the name!

Zabriskie Point

Christian Zabriskie's name from Borax mining fame adorns this spectacular vista showcasing natures erosive abilities. Hiking trails all around and famous Hollywood filming locations too.

Brian from Mojave Wave was an amazing guide who knows The Death Valley in incredible detail with do’s and don’ts which only an experienced tour guide can advise. If you want to maximize your experience and reduce risks involved in exploring this majestic yet challenging beauty on your own, this is the best option for you. One long day is worth every penny and every minute.. strongly recommended!

This tour has been the highlight of my trip to Las Vegas. Our guide and driver, Brian, was brilliant! Very knowledgeable, attentive and great at what he does. I learned a lot from him today and loved the whole experience. The next time I'm in Vegas, I will definitely be booking with you guys again. Highly recommend!
