Once we get out to our destination, between 15 – 20 miles offshore, our captains will get you started. We are here for you if you need help reeling in your catch or putting bait on the hook. Our team will also clean, ice, and bag your catches so you can enjoy the fresh flavors of the gulf at home. Don’t want to cook? No worries, our neighbors at Riverwalk Restaurant and Pincher’s Crab Shack, located in Tin City, are more than happy to prepare your catch with a couple of sides for a small fee.

I called Pure Florida in the morning, asking if they had any availability. She replied that they did have openings in the afternoon. It happened to be a very cold day for the area, after a cold front moved in a few days ago. I specifically asked if the cold weather affected the fishing, and she laughed and said it did not. Because of this, we booked a trip for the afternoon. When we loaded the boat, the captain and his helper told us they had cancelled the morning trip due to cold weather, which is the exact opposite of what the woman on the phone told me. The fishing was lousy, and the waves were really bad. The entire group was able to keep 2 fish total, both around 6-7 inches I would guess (maybe a little bigger?) The others that were caught were too small, though there weren’t many. Would not do it again. Yo be fair, the guys running the boat were good, but the lady on the phone obviously had no clue.

Great tim3. It was canceled 3 times because of rough seas. They continued to contact us and make arrangements for other days and offer other venues. Very good captain and helper on board. I didn't have to bait my hook once. Also not many fish caught that day by plenty fun.

Thanks for the great review Ronda! We are so glad that you had a great time on board and being patient with us while waiting for calmer seas. Rough seas are never fun for anyone so we like to make sure conditions are good enough that it is safe for both guests and crew alike to go out. We hope to see you again soon, maybe try backwater fishing, they seem to be having better luck fishing!

When we have company to Florida and they want to go fishing but haven't any experience going on the Lady Brett is the way to go. Trips are only a half day, only up to 20 people (usually less) and boat is covered from the sun, which is nice on a hot sunny day. Crew is very good and helpful, they bait your hook, take your catch off the hook and filet the fish at the end of the trip. Good choice
