Pure Florida provides all the fishing equipment, bait and licenses aboard the best head boat in southwest Florida. Once we get out to our destination, between 20 – 30 miles offshore, our captains will get you started. We are here for you if you need help reeling in your catch or putting bait on the hook. Our team will also clean, ice, and bag your catches so you can enjoy the fresh flavors of the gulf at home. Don’t want to cook? No worries, our neighbors at Riverwalk Restaurant and Pincher’s Crab Shack, located in Tin City, are more than happy to prepare your catch with a couple of sides for a small fee.

Terrible customer service and poorly maintained vessel. Upon arrival my nephew and I arrived early, took a walk on the pier to see the boat, both captain and mate were on board working on something and complaining that there were some fluids missing and something was left dry. They were not happy and we walked away. When we returned to board they asked us to wait a bit as they were working on the anchor. We departed with 9 on board, motored about an hour when we stopped we were advised that we would be going back to the dock because of engine issues. The Capt. told us we would be taken care of when we returned. At the office we were asked our names and advised we were getting a refund. I asked about their other boat which was sitting there and was advised they did not have a crew to take us out. I asked if they tried since it had been over an hour and a half since we headed back and got a blank stare. I am a boat owner I understand break downs. But another passenger on board advised that 4 days prior the same thing happened and they had to return, but the young lady said no that was different they had an issue with the anchor that time. My nephew and booked another company that was happy to assist us the next day on a 34' open boat and when we showed they advised that the other party cancelled but he still took us out. That is how you run a business. Again I understand break downs, but this should have been handled in another way. Apologize, give us a discount to come back at a later date, you wasted my day, own up to it.
