Driver/Guide was great. If it was in LA we saw it. He knew everything there was to know. Little tid bits of old LA and the current events

We are all disappointed! We expect professional photography as described on the itenirary but we got a driver! Not even avtour guide. He is not informative, takes our pucture using our phone, which we should have known, we could have brought our professional camera! And he do not know how ti take good pictures either! We are so frustrated! Aside from that, our transportation van is so dingy, smells so bad and he drives like a maniac on the road, so rough! He stinks too and dressed like a bum🤬. No water bottle too as promised on our itenirary. We had a frustrating and unhappy experience with this company. Our driver is Arman! If we can give zero star, I will, that’s how bad it is! We will never booked via Viator anymore! We are influencer too, and this will go to our social media.

-Guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and nicely accommodated my request to drive by the Disney Concert Hall. -Tour length was closer to 6.5 hours than 9, though it was just me and we skipped (at my request) Griffith Observatory, since I’d already been the day prior. -You’re on your own to explore at the various stops on the tour. -My only suggestion for improvement would be updating the vehicle and having more water available. -Overall it was a good tour and overview of the area. For potential tourists interested- I’d suggest doing it toward the beginning of a trip and using it to help gauge where you’d like to spend more time and/or explore more.

Thank you for your review. The tour estimated time listed is a guideline for groups of varying sizes. It also considers time for stops which guests can decide to reduce, as was the case with your tour. We provide time for walks and always point out the areas of interest for our guests to enjoy. We provide enough bottled water for our guests, but 2 or 3 per person is usually sufficient. Our vehicles are customized for comfort with air conditioning and maximum viewing windows.
