Issues: Tour details stated any hotel pickup within 35 miles from Hollywood was at no extra charge. I was charged $160 for a hotel that was 33 miles from Hollywood which was irritating. The tour was cut short as many areas were blocked for the Oscars however there was no discount for the reduced time. Overall, grossly overpriced and underwhelming.

We are surprised that you were less than amazed about taking our tour. We have no control over Special Events such as the Oscars which affect traffic patterns in Hollywood. Also the radius for Hotel pickup is 30 miles which is included in the Tour. Any area that is longer distance incurs a charge to help offset super high gas prices in California.

Our driver did a great job pointing out all of the sites as we drove through LA. He was good about knowing great spots for photos and was sensitive to the fact that we had kids with us. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting LA for the first time.

This was a great tour. Armen was our tour guide and hw was so knowledgeable. We saw everything and more that we weren't expecting. Great lunch recommendation.
