This Zipline Tour is topline! My teenaged son and I went on a Denali Zipline Tour last weekend and we both had a great time together. The high quality harness, line equipment and knowledgeable guides put me at ease. The orientation was simple, and zip-lining was a lot easier than I thought. The platforms are nice and big, and you're clipped in for safety the whole time. It is breathtaking to be way up in the trees. There were so many fun zips at different lengths, you should listen when your guide gives you the "slow down" signal (it is soooo fun!). This place has great views at each platform, some of great forest views, some of the "pond" (it's a pretty big pond, with awesome floating bogs, lily pads, a huge beaver den) and several platforms of awesome views of the Alaska Range. Being in the wilderness among the trees, it was just amazing. Oh!, and the rope bridges, WOW! it was a really great way to spend the day. I loved being in the forest, it was so peaceful up in the trees, but exhilarating at the same time, zipping your way around acres of wilderness, Denali in the background, over water, look out for the beaver! Ha. The guides were awesome and fun and took great care of us. Did I mention the rappelling? Um, ya. Just an introduction, they will help you through it and you will laugh when you see how easy it is. If you are reading this, you should do it, you won't be disappointed, this trip is a must do while in Talkeetna.

All I can say is wow! DZT is the best tour within 2 hours of Anchorage!! The tour was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning. The guides were knowledgable, funny, reassuring and safety oriented. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time while still feeling the spirit of the adventure! I highly recommend this tour for anyone! It's a great thing to do with visiting family from out of state or it can be a weekend getaway with friends. Either way, DZT is not to be missed this summer. And after your adventurous Zipline tour, don't forget to swing by Moutain High Pizza Pie for a slice and a beer and reminisce about how awesome DZT was!!!!
