The driver called right after we landed and asked “where the hell are you.” He told us where to meet him but gave no directions. He fell asleep at the wheel on the way to the hotel and jerked back into his lane several times. He got lost going to the hotel and almost rear ended several cars at traffic lights not paying attention. We felt completely unsafe the whole trip. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.
