Denver wasn't well known for its cuisine, till recently. Denver is now a culinary haven. This has a very good justification! Even among residents, little is known about Denver's culinary past. Defensiveness over the city's long-standing "steak and potatoes" reputation is one factor. What dishes are said to have their roots here? The famed Rocky Mountain oyster, the Denver omelet, the ice cream float, and the cheeseburger (a questionable claim) hardly make the list.

A great combination of history, culture and good food. Rachel had so many stories from Denver’s and Colorado’s history and took us to food places we probably wouldn’t have found ourselves. A great and yummy introduction to downtown Denver.

Would not recommend. The tour was not at all what was advertised. Also, contacted customer service about our experience and never heard back. Extremely disappointing.

Rachel was fabulous! Totally enjoyed her knowledge of the local history and she was a joy to speak with. Our disappointment came as we only visited two food locations whereas, our prior food tours in similar size cities took us to at least five establishments. Food quality was fantastic and the coffee was superb.
