The process was smooth and efficient. Punctual drivers. Clean vehicles. The drivers were well presented. Well dressed and courteous. The home base communicated with me very often, to reassure me of what was happening. I received the driver’s name and plate number, so there would be no confusion about which vehicle was assigned to me. Text responses were very quick.

Operator canceled less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled service. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I encourage everyone to stay away and book somewhere else, there’s plenty of operators that offer the same service.

Dear Ramon, your reservation got on the same date on 3rd April just 5 hours before your arrival, we did try to allocate you a vehicle but unfortunately, was not possible. The issue lay in the online booking which is showing real availability on the same day but is not always like this. We are trying very hard to connect our system to VIATOR so we could show real availability in all our destinations (1200) and all our vehicles (15000).
