Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.

They forgot to pick us up at our hotel. We had to call an Uber. Very dissatisfied with VIP shuttle for the 2nd time during our HI stay. I have asked for another refund from Viator

It easy to find. The company has written the name of passenger on the card and we see it directly. We are pick up in a private car. This is actually better than taking an uber
