We just returned from a day trip on the Deschutes and had an absolute blast ! Our guides Devin and Shion were professional, knowledgeable and made our trip one for the memory books. One of our kids (8yr old) was really nervous and Devin really turned him around by the end of the day. He made the whole trip a blast and let Ryan get comfortable at his own pace. Ryan was so excited about rafting that he wanted to raft the devils hole and oak springs again today! The other half of our crew went with Shion and were smiles from start to finish. Shion was also very knowledgeable and made the trip so fun for all on board. Shion had the whole boat doing tricks and was super funny and entertaining! Anna says hello Shion!! We cannot speak highly enough of River Drifters in Maupin! Organized, professional, and personable! We are already planning our next River Drifters adventure!! This was by far one of the best! This is a fantastic company. Very professional and I felt extremely safe with the whole staff. They work all together to make this and amazing and memorable time. Our guide Broddy was outstanding!,,,,! This local boy kept us laughing the whole day. His ability to maneuver that river is incredible. We were able to stop a couple times and swim and float the rapids. The BBQ lunch was delightful. If you want to book a trip with a top-notch guide service, this is the company you want. I will definitely be a return customer.

My son and I started our trip with a full day of rafting on the Deschutes River. Our guide was great, the prepared lunch very good, and our trip down the river a blast.
