My mom, my sister, and I drove 4 hours to go on this wine tour. We were scheduled to be picked up at 12, and my mom received a text at 10:41 saying that the driver called in with a fever. They said they had no back up drivers and our tour was cancelled. They did not give us any alternatives or even call us to apologize (they only texted us). We have had this trip planned for 3 months, and the sole purpose of our Traverse City trip was this wine tour. I am thoroughly disappointed. My 21st birthday is ruined!

This was a great service for our group of 10! Our driver Skyler was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice being able to enjoy drinks and relax knowing no one in our group had to drive. We also liked that we could preselect where we wanted to go as opposed to normal tours where they pick the locations for you. They also handled all the reservations for us. We would recommend this service to family and friends. We will be using again the next time we visit!
