I thought I was purchasing entry into the park! Didn’t even want a narrated tour. The hike is hard enough! I am due this happens all the time as the folks in the visitor both seemed to acknowledge my suspicion. Of course your call center gave the usual refund script which is ridiculous as you know by the time the individual figures the mistake out it is too late. Shame on you!

Highly recommend the audio tour as it allows you to appreciate the historical element of Diamond Head while you get to experience the best views. You might even see a rainbow or two!
