Purchasing the diamond head, official, self guided audio tour will not get you into the park. You must also purchased the Diamondhead state monument reservation tickets. These are two different things located on two different websites and it makes it difficult for those people in a vacation state of mind

Don’t buy this service unless your certain the park has reservations available. This company gladly took my money and due to the refund policy I am unable to get a refund. There should be a clear description that this does not grant you access into the park and is non refundable when the park is sold out! That would be great for non locals and travelers!

This booking does not include the hike and they will not let you past the gate without a second reservation. It was a waste of money and we would like a refund. We didn’t even get to use our audio tour for the price we paid.
