I really enjoyed getting a closer look at some abandoned areas that are off-limits to the public. Even I was more than happy to share my knowledge during the tour.

Rayn knows so much. It's really incredible to learn about all the history and details that you miss every day in the subways!

Rayn's knowledge of the NYC subway system, in general, and Brooklyn, in particular, is superb. He is well prepared for the tour, adapts smoothly to MTA service changes, and brings great enthusiasm.
