My wife and I signed up for an expensive 3 1/2 hour tour of Nashville with stops at the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Although very pleasant, the tour guide wasted a great deal of our tour time. Upon arrival at the Ryman the group had to wait while he purchased tickets. Due to some story of a new ticketing process it took almost a half hour for him to get the tickets. This cut our time to see the auditorium greatly. We were told to be back at a certain time, however some folk chose to be over 20 minutes late returning to the minibus. Those of us who returned as we were told felt very slighted and didn’t get to do anything but a quick run through of the place. Point: the ticket should have been purchased in advance! This put the rest of the tour behind so it cut short what we saw around Nashville in order to have time to see the Country Music Hall of Fame. My wife and I, for almost 200.00 felt very unhappy with the result and would never book with this tour company again.

Country music hall of fame was great. Not enough time at Ryman theater. Another ten minutes would have been nice. Great spot for departure. Driver Brian was full of information and told lots of anecdotes. Nice introduction to Nashville.

One couple left behind, had to go back for them. The museum closed early for a wedding and our driver was not aware of early close. Landmark tour wasn’t too interesting. Driver kept repeating comments.
