Leonard was a great tour guide! He was on time for pick up and gave us ample time at each venue. He had a great sense of humor too! It was nice to have all our tickets as we got off the bus so as not to waste time getting them in line with the public. Leonard also gave us time to take photos and ask questions. He gave us multiple options and directions after the tour was over. We were thankful for him. If the tour was solely based on Leonard, I would give this tour a 5, but there are other factors. The venues and city tour were all great! It was difficult to get to the location via car because of the construction. The meeting place is right on the river and there were several homeless and several intoxicated/ substance abuse individuals in the area. There was a security guard, however he was busy with an illegally parked car. We were not endangered, but having to locate a parking garage and walk through unfamiliar streets we felt a little nervous. I feel that information should be given to Viator from the local touring company about the construction and parking options as the status changes to keep their clients updated. We really liked the tour and would give it a 4.5, but that option is not available. Thanks!

Loved hearing of the driver’s recommendations for places to go. Leonard, our driver, was an ice cream fanatic and suggested several ice cream stops.
