You advertised a drive past the capitol building and that did not happen. The tour guide was not interested in showing us the capitol and got defensive when questioned.

According to the booking information/details this tour was supposed to be in an air conditioned bus - it was not. Instead we were on an open air trolley with old wooden seats and heat coming out around our feet. We were told they stopped using busses several months before but third party vendors were slow to update their information. And the tour was terrible. I do not recommend!

The Cowboy Narator was very funny and very informative and made the tour a very enjoyable experience- he sang the streak and did Gomer and Goober and we laugh and learned and were very happy to have met him. The visit to the Ryman Auditorium was a chance to visit hallowed ground and take Cowboys advice how to see the Hall of fame- he knew how to get the most out of it. Thanks for the memories you made for my wife and I 😊
