We really enjoyed “Big Jerry” and the information he shared on the tour. My only minor gripe was the lack of information regarding how the hotel pick-up worked. Everything I could find online said departure time was 1:30, but nothing said how much earlier than that we should expect to be picked up. When we got the call from Gray Line regarding pick up, the bus was already outside the hotel. Luckily, we had already paid our bill at the hotel bar, but we still ended up racing to get to the bus. With more info or earlier communication from Gray Line, everything could have gone much smoother and we wouldn’t have felt like we were keeping everyone on the bus waiting.

The bus tour was great except that there were too many people on the buses, no one ever got off. There were many people waiting for the next bus to get back on but no one would get off, so no one could get back on, some people had been waiting for over an hour to get on a bus. Otherwise, the tour was great, the driver was too.

Hello there! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour, but we wish you’d felt there was more space. The Discover Nashville tour is a minibus tour which allows guests the option to tour the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman Auditorium, while the Music City Hop-on/Hop-off tour allows guests to get off at any of 16 iconic points of interest.

Terry was a great guide and very informative. Very punctual Can’t wait to come back to do a longer tour. We were only in Nashville for only 24 hrs. Terry covered a lot of Nashville in our limited time
