It was so interesting seeing all the attractions of this famous city. The tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame was fabulous! Could spend a whole day there. The Roman Auditorium was so informative, the original Grand Old Osprey. The tour was well worth the money for an air conditioned bus on a very warm and humid day. Would recommend it very highly

I wish I could leave a negative stars review or get a refund for this tour. Our guide, Bill, was also the bus driver and 80% of the tour was him just telling us the names of buildings as he drove by them. He was a TERRIFYINGLY bad driver who would gun it and then slam on the brakes over and over. On the very few moments he 'stopped' for a photo op he just shuddered forward in 1 foot increments. I am not exaggerating when I say he came within a few feet of running over pedestrians in a crosswalk that had the white walk signal. Half the bus gasped and yelled and that's what saved their lives. Continuing on-- when he wasn't telling us the names of buildings that we could have read on a map, he was trying to sell us on OTHER tours they offer, and spent a good 5 minutes talking about his dinner last night. We were given exactly 45 minutes to tour the Ryman, but we got there a little early. So we waited 15 minutes before we could watch the 10 minute intro video, leaving only 20 minutes to see the whole building. Oh, and if you need confirmation on how bad his driving was (I got sick, btw) more than half the bus chose not to have him return them to their hotels.

We were very unhappy with our tour guide. He spoke very little about what we "might" be seeing. He went down a blocked road and had to be escorted out by the Nashville police!! We thought we would get an overview of Nashville since we had never been but this tour did nothing to help. The van was old and dirty. The two attractions were amazing but we could have done that without Viator. It was a total waste of money!!!
