Pick up from our hotel which was not on the list - we called the tour company to arrange. Advertised as 3.5 hour narrated city tour. You start with entry to the country music museum and were given enough time there. We would have liked to have purchased an audio guide downstairs but we were never given the option and swiftly ushered upstairs. Then we drove about on the bus for a while, our guide told us many stories of people he had met and artists we didn’t know, it wasn’t a city tour and it didn’t last 3.5 hours. Although he was wearing a mic unfortunately some other guests on the tour talked very rudely behind us that we could not always hear what he said. We then went to The Ryman which was great to see, their pre show is fantastic. We then drove about a bit more and were given the option of being dropped back at a hotel or at the museum. Felt short changed and the “tour” was just a collection of personal stories rather than a city tour.

I really like it because the driver had so much information about the city. You can hop off and go to different places and then go back.

First of all any of these tours need better guidance when trying to meet your tour, there is no notice on any of the buses so you have no clue which bus is for your tour...you have to ask each bus, some drivers are helpful to tell you what bus you are looking for others not so much... also they tell you to get there way early... Suggest you see these sights on your own as this tour does not allow enough time to see the Country Music H if F. You are so concerned about getting back to the bus you don’t really enjoy your time... The sight seeing portion was awful, the driver/guide just drives you around and points out things that you can’t even see from the bus windows. You would be better off to do the double decker sightseeing buses or the hop on hop off... The afternoon tour of this one finds you just sitting in traffic.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Discover Nashville Tour. The open-air nature of the Nashville City Tour offers greater visibility of the sites. We will forward your suggestions regarding the clear identification of mini buses to our sightseeing manager.
