Great overview tour of Nashville. Big Steve did a great job telling us the history of Nashville both past and present. Great tour for first time visitors to Nashville.

It was our first time in Nashville. We have been on many Viator tours in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Europe so we knew what to expect, The tour could have been more informative had we had a better guide., He was elderly and didnt engage in the tourists as he should have. We drove for quite a while in silence not knowing what we were seeing. He confused buildings pointing out the capital when it was actually the Parthanon he had just shown us. Very surprised that Viator allowed him to be a guide on this tour. Otherwise the remainder of the tour visiting the Ryman Theater and Music Hall of Fame were very nice.

My husband and I take Gray Line Tours in most of the places we visit in the U.S. and Europe. One great advantage is that you can arrange for the tours on line well ahead of time so that you don't have to spend a lot of time in line at a tourist center. We are grateful that they can also be cancelled easily because we have had to do that at times. There is always a person on their phone lines to answer questions. The tours serve as a great introduction to cities everywhere. This Nashville tour was no exception. The tour guide was great and knew a lot about Nashville that we would not have learned elsewhere.
