The idea behind this is great! Obviously! But for starters, our tour started 20 minutes late bc they didn't know where the driver was but then we got going and it was good! Very informative tour guides as they educate you on all the different buildings you pass by etc. They have a fair amount of stops, and the buses were extremely full. Here's where it went to crap. They have both trolleys cars and 2-decker buses. So they tell you they'll be back at the stops every 25-30 minutes when in reality, double that! PLUS two times during the tour, we couldn't even get ON the trolley bc they were packed full! I understand this is a tour and they're going to be busy, so hire more trolleys!!!!! Throughout our tour while waiting for our buses to come, we saw multiple of the competing company, Old Town Trolley Tours, trolleys coming and going and only half full. Probably bc they have so many! So at the end of the tour, we get told a THIRD time, Sorry we're full! So we had to Uber back downtown, when it was supposed to be able to take us there. For paying $34 pp, I expected more out of this.

This was a fantastic an easy way to have a tour around Nashville. Guide was great and made us all feel welcome. Only down fall is that you just don't have enough time at the Country Music Hall of fame. All in all well worth the money.
