If you are interested in a hotel pick up and drop off so that you dont have to navigate Nashville then this tour is for you, otherwise it is overpriced. Most of the sights are drivebys and if you are sitting on the opposite side of the bus youre out of luck. Taking a hop on hop off trolley would allow you to see much more at a more reasonable price. Again, if the hotel pick up and drop off is important to you then this is a nice feature but if you think you want to stay downtown after the tour to have dinner then you will have to return on your own after being dropped off. Although I booked this tour online, I called the Viator customer service number with some questions and they answered promptly and were knowledgable. Good company, tour.....meh.

This was a pretty decent tour, our only complaints would be the pick up window at the hotel, we would sit outside up to 45 minutes waiting for the bus and on that day we were supposed to visit the Ryman Theater, it was closed for a special event and our driver was unaware of this but due to our schedule we left Nashville without ever seeing it. We did see the Parthenon instead, which was good, but not the same.

this was the worst tour we have ever taken! We came a very long way from Hawaii and had limited time. Expecting this tour to hit the highlights as promised, we were excited. The driverLeecould not be heard. Although we asked him to speak up, he did not and we could not hear a word and it was a waste of over 3 hours!!!!!
