Great tour w/a guide that was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were picked up at our hotel and brought back there also. The Guide took us around the city, pointed out many sites of interest and told us a lot of history of Nashville along with taking us to Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The tour was well worth the cost. We all enjoyed it. We had a group of about 25 people

Big Jerry was our driver and I give him the highest recommendation!!! He was kind, knowledgeable and funny, just a great, great guy. Also, Barbara in the office was a godsend compared to whoever I got the first time I called the office. We had a scheduled pick-up at the Omni Hotel, which we couldn't find. I called for assistance and when the I mentioned we weren't actually staying at the Omni, she said, WOAH. WOAH. WOAH! We do not pick up if you're NOT staying at a hotel! Company policy! You'll have to come to our office! Nowhere online did I see about the hotel pick-up thing, but we were only in town for a few hours. Thankfully the call dropped - I called back and Barbara answered. She confirmed about the company policy thing, but just told us to be at the Country Music Hall of Fame for pick-up. No dramatics, didn't treat me like I was doing something underhanded, and made it work - as it should be. So, for Big Jerry and Barbara, A! Thank you! Loved being in the coach when the sky opened up and we had sheets of rain outside - we were in, cozy and warm, awesome!

Took this tour to avoid driving ourselves around in an unknown city..with lots of traffic. Parked in public parking garage below the Hilton? Across from the CM Hall of Fame Saw many of the local points of interest. Tour price included the Ryman Auditorium admission and admission to Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Parking at the Hilton allowed unlimited time in the Hall of Fame as you can walk to your car. Good choice for tourists. With admissions, driving tour came to 14.00 each!
