Our tour was canceled due to the closure of Country Music Hall of Fame museum. Unfortunately this was our last day in Nashville. The company called in the morning and we were refunded within 24 hours. Service and communication were great. I would imagine the tour would have been good based on the way tour was cancelled and refund issued.

Our tour guide was great and offered some keen insight into the history of Nashville! The visit to Ryman was very cool. They offer a chance to do a song recording there, so save yourself some time. The Hall of Fame, while very crowded, was still a good experience. We ended up staying instead of returning on the bus after being assured we would not miss anything. All in all a great time and money well spent!
